Refund policy
We hope you love our products as much as we do. However if something arrives damaged or your diffuser becomes faulty during the warranty period you can request a replacement.
Please email hello@sixraysco.com.au with the following details:
- Order Number
- Which item/s you would like to have replaced and your reason for doing so.
- Photos/Videos to show the fault/faults.
Please be aware as we are just a small business we cannot offer change of mind refunds or exchanges. So please choose carefully and feel free to email or message us on social media if you want more information or photos we are more than happy to help.
